1. Research and survey regarding medical practice, medical education, health and welfare sectors in the Middle East.
2. Send Japanese medical doctors, medical experts and technicians to the Middle East for the sake of development of medical technology in the Middle East.
3. Invite medical doctors, medical experts and technicians from the Middle East to Japan.
4. Convene training and educational seminars regarding medical practice, medical education, health and welfare sectors in the Middle East.
5. Support policy-making regarding medical practice, medical education, health and welfare sectors in the Middle East.
6. Provide consulting services regarding medical practice, medical education, health and welfare sectors in the Middle East. Consulting services regarding medical facilities design, supervising services on constructions and renovations of medical facilities. Development, supply, and maintenance activities of medical information system.
7. Public promotion on the medical practice, medical education, health and welfare sectors in Japan and the Middle East.
